Since 2008, Mark has supervised all business-units in FC URALSIB’s investment business (Equity Sales, Fixed Income, Corporate Finance and Consulting, Business Support, Financial Analysis and Research), as well as the company’s offices in London and New York. Before 2008, Mark headed the Equity Sales Business Division at URALSIB Capital.

Mark started his investment banking career in 1995 at Bank Asia-Trust followed by jobs at Eskol-Bank (later renamed Commercial Bank Expobank) and Rinaco Plus. After the merger of Rinaco Plus and NIKoil Investment Banking Group, Mark joined the Equity Sales team. In 2002, he moved to Russian Equity Sales and subsequently headed this department in 2005.

Mark is a member of the Board of Directors of the Russian Trading System (RTS).

Mark graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Moscow State University.
