Konstantin Chernyshev, head of research and senior telecom analyst at URALSIB Capital chaired at the conference, which was dedicated to investment opportunities and the dynamic development of telecoms in Eurasia.

The conference was attended by representatives of telecom operators and service providers from Eurasia, Russia and the CIS, as well as investors who actively addressed the following issues: financing expansion and consumer adoption to new products and services; commercializing new technology to generate new revenue streams and assess their impact on future trends; and expansion opportunities in the region.

Now in its third year, Telecoms World Russia and CIS 2009 is the premier regional forum for the Russian and CIS telecoms industry. With speakers from leading Russian, CIS and Eurasian operators, the conference featured a program of real discussion and debate, including keynote addresses, cutting-edge case studies and panel discussions.
