URALSIB Capital’s Fixed Income Sales end Trading and DCM Team were key participants in the conference “Current Bond Market Issues”
URALSIB Capital’s Fixed Income Sales and Trading and DCM team participated in the conference “Current Bond Market Issues”, which was organized by MICEX and Cbonds in Moscow on 19 March, 2009.
The conference was organized in a round table format to discuss the most important and relevant issues of bond market development, including:
- Innovations in bond market legislation
- Restructuring of issuers defaults and bond placements
- Prospects of recovery in the primary market
- New legislation and prospects for stock bonds
- The possibility of new instruments emerging (infrastructure and convertible bonds)
The round table was attended by representatives from leading Russian banks, investment and asset management companies, issuers, infrastructure institutions and regulatory authorities.
URALSIB Ñapital was represented by fixed income sales and trading and DCM team. Boris Ginzburg, who Heads the team, spoke on “Prospects of Primary and Secondary Markets Recovering”, which attracted strong interest from the participants and triggered a lively discussion.
