URALSIB Capital announces new appointment

Kirill Ivanov has been appointed Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets in charge of debt securities trading at URALSIB Capital. Ivanov will be liaising with sub-federal and municipal bond issuers.
Prior to joining URALSIB, Kirill worked for Troika Dialog as Vice-President in charge of arranging sub-federal bond issues. Before that, he worked at the Ministry of Finance and Vneshtorgbank – with the latter in the capacity of Managing Director in charge of debt financing programs for Russia’s regions. Kirill Ivanov also held the positions of Executive Director at RIGroup Finance and General Counsel for GSU MosOblFinanceCenter.
“Kirill’s experience combines a stint with government agencies along with a proven track record in the private sector, in what is currently the most vital segment of the debt market. I am certain he will add a lot of value to our team”, said Boris Ginzburg, Executive Director of Fixed Income at URALSIB Capital, welcoming Kirill on board.
Kirill Ivanov graduated from MGIMO (Moscow State Institute of International Relations), majoring in international law.
