Russia Investment roadshow, London, 20 April 2009

CURALSIB Capital was one of the sponsors of the Russia Investment roadshow held in London on 20 April, 2009 at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre. The event was a great success.

The conference was attended by the heads of main departments of URALSIB Capital: Boris Ginzburg, Head of Fixed income sales & trading & DCM; John Parker, Managing Director, Head of international sales; and Konstantin Chernyshev, Head of the research department.

At a time of great uncertainty in global markets, the latest Russia Investment roadshow gave foreign observers a unique opportunity to hear firsthand about the latest changes across Russia, and to identify the most promising trade and investment opportunities the country has to offer, while offering Russian organizations a high profile platform to continue to reach out to international investors and other partners. There were over 400 participants.

The first Russia Investment roadshow was held in London in April 2008 – a new concept for Eventica’s Russian Economic Forum. The conference then went ‘on the road’ to the United Arab Emirates in November 2008, before returning once again to London in April 2009.
