Oleg Lukhton, Head of the Corporate Finance department of URALSIB Capital, participated in the round table on “mergers and acquisitions in the Russian banking sector during the crisis”, which was organized by the National Bank Journal and the Association of Russian Banks.

The round table was set up to discuss the current situation in the Russian banking sector, the liquidity crisis and its affect on bank assets, demand and supply dynamics and future scenarios.

The event was attended by top managers from leading Russian banks as well as government representatives.
