URALSIB Capital took part in the 6th International Conference “Theory and Practice of Options Trading”

URALSIB Capital took part in the International Conference “Theory and Practice of Option Trading”, which was held in Moscow on 21 May. This was the 6th staging of this international conference and it was dedicated to options trading both in Russia and on the international market. The conference was organized by the RTS stock exchange and Derivative Expert Agency.

URALSIB Capital was represented by a team from its derivative department led by Vladimir Sotskov, head of the department, who participated in the round table “Prospects of the Options Market”, during which the participants discussed: ways and necessities of promoting the options for mass usage; trade strategies during the crisis and high volatility; and the possible entrance of management companies to FORTS.

The conference “Theory and practice of options trading” has become a traditional gathering of the best minds of the Russian option market. Every year it gives the opportunity for the FORTS professionals to meet and to the people who are interested in the option market to learn about its opportunities. The participants discuss the current state of the market, its recent achievements, prospects and development trends.
